IPMRD0601-BASE has a plinth of 12-1/2" x 12-1/2" (31.75cm). It has a hole of 8-5/8" (21.9m) to wrap a column of 8-1/2" at the bottom of the shaft. The height is 4" (10cm). With a load plug use this to replace your rotted base. Support the column, cut out the rotted base, and replace with a load bearing plug. Decorate the plug with this Hollow Tuscan Base which is perfect for columns that are 8-1/2" diameter at the bottom of the column shaft. Options: Order bases split to wrap the load plug. Our Install Kit includes the approved adhesive and poly-spackling compound to cover any gaps. Always seek professional advise for load bearing columns.
