Refund policy
Imperial offers Manufacturer Direct Discounts on all Standard Products therefore All sales are final, no exchanges or returns. For custom products all sales are final with no cancellations once contracts are signed.
Shipping: All products are photographed, inspected prior to shipping. They are expertly packed as per international standards. Once goods leave our dock or manufacturer's dock all risk reverts to the buyer. All products are shipped with insurance for your protection.
Freight Claims: For Shipping damages Imperial must authorize all freight claims and will process them on your behalf as a courtesy. Freight claims must be made within 3 days of receiving damaged product. Photos must be emailed to sales@imperialproductions.com. All carriers require these photographs and reserve the right of inspection. They may opt to have damaged products repaired or replaced them under the freight insurance policy. Any Depot pickups are the responsibility of the 3rd party shipper not Imperial Productions.
