To replace your rotted base. Support the column, cut out the rotted base, and replace with a load bearing plug. Decorate the plug with this Hollow Tuscan Base which is perfect for columns that are 6-1/4" diameter at the bottom of the column shaft. Options: Order bases split to wrap the load plug. It is available in ArchPolymerTM a lite weight composite material rot water and insect resistant for interior and exterior. Optional materials include ArchPolymerTM Class A Fire Rated, GRG-NeoPlasterTM for interior fire rated applications, GFRC-ZeamentTM a Portland cement composite Class A fire rated for high traffic commercial interior and exterior applications.
